About Soñemos
Soñemos (“lets dream”) Festivalito arose as an idea from a handful of Zagreb tango scene veterans and eternal dreamers.
Festivalito found its home in the finest dance club in Zagreb – Peti Kupe. With its wonderful wooden floor, top of the line acoustics and snazzy urban interior it is truly a perfect place for our lovely tango weekend. This year Soñemos hosts two maestro couples – the stars of our first edition, Carlitos and Agustina and a new up and coming couple from the heart of Italy, Francesco and Rachele. 6 workshops, guided practica, 4 carefully picked international DJs, over 20 hours of socializing and dancing with a sprinkle of gastronomic moments make Soñemos a dream.
Entire festival weekend is happening in Peti Kupe dance club.
Striving for the best social dancing experience and given the limited legroom of our venues, we can only host up to 250 dancers and therefore registrations are mandatory. It is a festival with a marathon twist.
There is no selection process, everybody is welcome, however for your careless dreaming we will keep an eye on leader-follower and country balance.
So join us from 23rd until 25th of February 2024, we can’t wait to host you in our city.
Tajana, Iva, Dražen & Zrinko.

Location
Club, PETI KUPE
Honestly speaking, the location was our first inspiration for this event. It sounds incredible, but this new dance club, in addition to offering high-quality music events, offers its visitors hours and hours of dancing on the perfectly maintained oak wooden floor, which makes them a unique clubbing venue in the city of Zagreb.
The proximity to the train station, extra-large windows, adjacent garden and the red brick exterior reminds irresistibly of those dreamy Berlin tango lofts. A perfect ratio of exquisite, cool and charming ambience… and that’s exactly how we dared to imagine this event.

About our city
Zagreb is the city of rock and chanson, love potions and craft beer. Under the same roof, it hides the secrets of the old nobility, contemporary art and skilled, ancient crafts, which together bind the soul of Zagreb.
It is a story woven from countless opposites, unusual destinies and turbulent times: the story of beautiful countesses and mighty tanners, legendary witches and masters of the written word.
Zagreb was relished by kings and serfs, forbidden lovers and brave soldiers and they all gathered around the same well: this is how stories and mysteries were created, still present in every corner of the city.
